We are happy to announce that Ingela Utter Gille has started in CM1 as a B2B sales manager. Ingela has 15 years of experience working as a business advisor at SEB where she had the strategic and operational responsibility for a client portfolio of various sizes and industries. She also worked as an trainer in corporate finance and risk analysis. In this interview, you will get to know Ingela better.
What are you most looking forward to starting work here at CM1?
I look forward to create great business relationships with existing and new customers. I enjoy networking and making new contacts. I also think it will be interesting to learn more about CM1. Of course, I’m also looking forward to getting to know all the wonderful colleagues and the culture at Softronic. It really is a nice atmosphere here!
What do you see that you can contribute here?
I love doing business. My experience in building trust and long-term relationships in business, my curiosity and the desire to always learn more. I am also analytical without getting lost in numbers and I see the reality behind them. Also, I am a happy, positive personality who always sees opportunities instead of problems.
What do you do in your spare time?
Nature and the forest are my second home, a resting place where I catch up on strength and energy. I go to our family paradise in the archipelago as often as I can, I really enjoy being ot there. When the snow comes, I go skiing, preferably downhill. I practice cross-country skiing. The children are big so there is a lot of time to hang out with friends which is lovely. I am a big fan of movies, art and culture, so after the pandemic I really had cravings for that.
